Fred Wiener, Founder and CEO - Fred has been helping people find the right insurance plan for over 5 years. As a top producer with most of the major carriers in the state, he has been featured providing sound healthcare advice in a variety of online publications such as Morningstar, The Business Press, and Forbes.com. Fred has been married to his wife Jessica for 4 years and they have two daughters - Jadyn and Camryn. He is an avid hockey player and has a strong passion for music. Fred sponsors and plays on a local softball team and is an active volunteer in his community. He graduated from the University of Southern California (Fight On, Trojans!) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration - emphasis in Entrepreneurship.

Bruce Wiener, Controller and CFO - Bruce been married to his beautiful wife, Rochelle, for 36 years (!), has 3 wonderful children, and 4 amazing grandchildren. He has been involved with The Healthcare Solution since its inception (Fred is his oldest son!). He enjoys working with The HealthCare Solution’s professional team as well as with all of their clients. He feels that THCS’s organization in sales and support is the best the industry has to offer.

John Occhiuto, Vice President of Sales - John has been working in management for the past 10 years and has recently joined the THCS team as the VP of Sales and Operations. John prides himself on providing the best possible advice to customer inquiries and strives to exceed his client’s expectations. He has been married to his wife, Jessica, for two years and has three beautiful daughters, Taylor, Baliey and Madison. He enjoys playing hockey and spending quality time with his family.

Jennifer Cariker, Vice President of Customer Relations - Jennifer has been involved in Customer Service for almost 10 years, and entered the Insurance industry a few years ago. She has an extensive background in Public Speaking and Communications and graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies and is pursuing a Masters in Speech and Language Pathology. She is excited to be a part of The HealthCare Solution’s comprehensive team and is always looking forward to developing more relationships with the THCS customers.

Rachel Heath, Sales Associate - Rachel started out as a grateful client of The HealthCare Solution and has recently joined our Sales Team. She is married and has a wonderful 4 year old daughter, Cierra. She is an animal lover who studied Marine Biology at San Diego State University. She also works part-time at an animal hospital, as her schedule allows. She is excited to use the compassion and care, which she learned toward helping animals, to help assist potential customers seeking health benefits.

Maribel Belmonte, Client Services Representative - Maribel's background in the healthcare industry has enabled her to be extra-sensitive to the needs of clients. Her past experience working at Blue Cross as a provider and customer service representative gave her the knowledge and enthusiasm that she readily brings to Healthcare Solution. She went to California State University, Long Beach and also completed a Medical Assistant certification through Bryman College. Maribel is very family oriented and enjoys spending her free time with her daughter, Isabel.

Jessica Edwards, Prospective Client Representative - Jessica has ten years of sales and customer service experience, but, at heart, is a teacher who loves to help others whenever possible! She has her teaching credential from the University of Southern California and has recently completed the extended credential program at UCLA. She has 3 daughters and has been married for 2 years . Jessica is thrilled join the HealthCare solution team and enjoys seeing, first hand, how much caring and commitment goes into providing excellent service for the THCS clients.
