THE HEALTHCARE SOLUTION can handle all lines of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits, workers’ compensation, COBRA administration, and HRA/HSA/FSA setup.
We make sure that getting THE HEALTHCARE SOLUTION is as easy as possible. There’s generally three ways:
If you don’t yet have benefits, one of our awesome partners will work with you to choose health plans and the other types of coverage you want to offer. Then we’ll get your team’s information and health plans loaded up onto your THE HEALTHCARE SOLUTION portal and start enrollment.
If you already have coverage, there are two ways to get started. You can sign a “Broker of Record” letter to make one of our partners your broker, keep your current benefits, and we get your team enrolled onto the platform (which is very fast, takes very little time, and is super-easy). We can take a look at optimizing your benefits at a later date, whenever you’d like.
Alternatively, one of our partners can take a look at the benefits you have now and research ways to optimize your setup. In that case, we’d have you assign that partner as your “Broker of Record”, and we get your team on THE HEALTHCARE SOLUTION and your new benefits in place.
