If you ever feel a need to part ways with us, you can do so at any time, with no fees or hoops to jump through. But, we’re pretty confident you’ll be happy with our awesome service!

We make sure that getting The HealthCare Solution is as easy as possible.
There’s generally three ways: If you don’t yet have benefits, one of our awesome partners will work with you to choose health plans and the other types of coverage you want to offer. Then we’ll get your team’s information and health plans loaded up onto your The HealthCare Solution portal and start enrollment.
If you already have coverage, there are two ways to get started. You can sign a “Broker of Record” letter to make one of our partners your broker, keep your current benefits, and we get your team enrolled onto the platform (which is very fast, takes very little time, and is super-easy). We can take a look at optimizing your benefits at a later date, whenever you’d like.
Alternatively, one of our partners can take a look at the benefits you have now and research ways to optimize your setup. In that case, we’d have you assign that partner as your “Broker of Record”, and we get your team on The HealthCare Solution and your new benefits in place.
To ensure that your company is compliant with regulations mandated by health care reform, The HealthCare Solution Health will be able to track that health insurance was offered to employees, track waiting periods to ensure they fall within the 90-day window allowed by PPACA, ensure employees do not elect over the regulated amounts for FSA/HSA plans, and auto-enroll employees in eligible products. The HealthCare Solution can also be set up to deliver required notices to employees through our communication platform, and track and record employee sign-off and receipt of documents. The HealthCare Solution can even be the participatory wellness program that allows employers to differentiate premiums based on wellness.

We’ll work directly with your broker to move your existing benefits onto our platform, handling everything from employee records to plan details. Once set up, new hires and departing employees can enroll or access COBRA directly through our portal.Prefer to find a new partner? We work with the country’s best, most innovative brokerage firms. You can keep your broker relationship and use The HealthCare Solution’s technology platform for benefits management.
The HealthCare Solution has two quoting engines covering the individual market within the shopping experience. If an employer has employees who need to shop for individual products, or wants to be able to offer coverage to individuals through the federal or state exchanges, adding either of these services to your The HealthCare Solution offering can streamline that experience and provide a similar benefits enrollment experience for all individuals, regardless of employment type. This makes it easy to offer subsidy-eligible individual/family health insurance plans from the federal/state exchanges on the The HealthCare Solution platform, as well as off-exchange, non-subsidy-eligible plans.
The HealthCare Solution is fully HIPAA-compliant.
We safeguard all member data with 3DES and 256-bit SSL encryption, strong authentication, and IP restrictions. PHI is only accessible to licensed health insurance brokers and authorized team members using secure, HIPAA-compliant systems. Our servers are hosted in a secure environment, and we conduct regular audits to ensure continued compliance. Member data is never shared with third parties without written consent.
